What happened immediately after the event? Did emergency services come? Did people need to be moved away? Did any need temporary housing?
Japanese Tsunami 2011There were many short term effects that have now been fixed such as, wind power, electricity, transport, cultural properties, telecommunications, oil, gas, coal and electricity, within the first week there were over 10,000 deaths, there were many missing people, but some were luckily found alive. There wasn’t a likely chance that emergency services came as the area was flooded all over and the houses and rubbish and everything was floating all over, but there were emergency services in helicopters which were trying to rescue some people and move the stuff around. Many people needed temporary housing, as most houses were destroyed.
